He pushes off the desk.

Sawyer: ..before we start on anything. Its about time we had a Captain to replace Aaron Wells. SETs have been mixed around and those of you who knew Aaron.. he was a hell of a Captain. Its only fitting that we appoint a new Captain who is as good .. if not better to help lead SET B to winning the end of year Trophy.

He looks around at them.

I had only been with SET B for a short time, so I knew it wasn't going to be me. I looked over at Scott too and smiled..

Sawyer: No thought is even needed on my decision because this guy can do anything he sets his mind to. He is great to work with on the XFactor and AVU called him to join. He is a great guy.. Scott.. congratulations.

He waves him to come to the front.

He nods to Sawyer and turns around to face SET B. He tries to think of something to say because it wasn't easy. He was going to have to draw from Kate and Aaron before they left.. he saw them in action as Captains.

Thanks guys and Sawyer. I never came to AVU to stand out.. I have always been a in the corner kind of guy in high school. A lot has changed but this role will be demanding but I will give it my best shot. I am getting placed in some heavy shoes to fill. Aaron was a hell of a guy and a hell of a Captain. Sadly.. things don't always work out great for people... anyhow..

He grins and takes a deep breath.

I was over the moon Scott was named Captain. No one else could have taken the title for SET B but him.
